Chris grew up in the Chicago area, completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, and holds a Masters in Management from Northwestern University in Chicago.  Chris has been a part of the Carpenter Realtors Management Team for nearly two decades, and brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to each transaction.

Shari grew up in Champaign, Illinois, and received her BA from Anderson University with a Major in Marketing.  While working full time, she then completed her MBA from the University of Indianapolis.  Shari is an Accredited Staging Professional and has been serving clients in the greater Indianapolis area as a Realtor for about 20 years.

Chris and Shari have lived in the greater Indianapolis area for over 25 years, and currently live in Carmel with their two daughters. They are active in their church, neighborhood Homeowners Association, and their childrens’ schools. As a family, they enjoy spending time at their lake house with extended family and friends, boating, water skiing, and tubing. They also have a dog named, Jack, a West Highland Terrier and beloved member of the family.
